The program of the Congress:
Discussion of the latest trends in the development of clean energy, effective innovative technological trends in the use of renewable energy sources and elements of smart active-adaptive grid, determining the formation of a new technological wave in the global energy sector;
Specification of new conditions and challenges, the role, objectives and scope of the development of renewable energy sources and energy storage systems in the formation of new energy mode in Russia, the CIS and EAEC countries under the conditions of gas based energy large-scale development;
Elaboration of scientifically based recommendations for the legislative and executive authorities of Russia, discussion of renewable energy development possibilities in the CIS and EAEC countries;
Discussion of achievements and challenges in the use of renewable energy sources and energy storage systems, exchange of experience;
Promotion of international scientific, technical and commercial cooperation between the participants of the Congress;
Promotion of public-private partnership in the development of renewable energy sources and energy storage systems.
As a result of the Congress:
Report to promote renewable energy sources and energy storage systems in Russia, including road map of renewable energy sources and energy storage systems development will be prepared and submitted to the Government of the Russian Federation;
Recommendations on the objectives, targets and main directions of renewable energy support and development in the CIS and EAEC countries will be prepared and submitted to the executive bodies of the CIS and EAEC countries;
Reports submitted in accordance with the requirements will be published in the Proceedings of the Congress in Russia;
The best reports submitted in accordance with the requirements and selected by the Editorial Committee will be published in the scientific journals “Thermal Engineering” and “Foresight” as well as in Proceedings of the Congress published by Springer Verlag;
The best panel presentations will be awarded with certificates and published in the Proceedings of the Congress in Russia.
